I generally leverage the PMI methodology for program and projects however this is adapted and tailored for each individual organisation. The PMI framework is a set of program / project governance used to manage and monitor all aspects of the initiative throughout every phase of the project delivery process.

I have extensive experience of ERP implementations, having implemented SAP, MS Dynamics, Sage 50 and other solutions.

Often these projects have covered major changes in an organisation such as centralising functions or sales areas, centralisation of business processes such as credit and collections, accounts receivables and payables.
Generally, these are medium to long term commitments delivering a full ERP solution including the change management, the business transformation, people and systems changes from initial concept through full implementation and post project control and monitoring until the enterprise is up and running with new systems, process changes and the people have adapted to the impact of the change.
